        Overall

        I called West Pharmacy to verify that they had the regular adult cast shower bag. I described it in detail and even gave the manufacturers info. They claim they had it and quoted me $26.00. Amazon was only $14.57 but I wanted to shower right away. My friend drove down a d bought it. They charged him $33.00. Them I noticed that they sold him a FULL LEG Cast cover with a weird scucer disk. It was hugh. So he want back to exchange or refund it. THEY REFUSED even though IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE. There is NO VISABLE NOTICE about not accepting exchanged or returns. The sales slip says all sales are final AFTER you pay for it but nothing about exchanges. No one said anything either. Please DO NOT support this business until they can stand behind their sales and products. Shop at AMAZON not West Pharmacy.

        *Posted signs in the store say, "Valued Customer: Dure to the NEW health care accreditation law, all items sold at West Pharmacy are NOT returnable or exchangeable. This includes opened or unopened items. AT ANY TIME. Thank you, Management"

        I say, NO THANK YOU!!!! With customer service like that, why not go elsewhere???



        Another sign posted in all caps says, "NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, or RETURNS"

        This policy is well adhered to!

        Amazing!!!!!!!

        They were so nice and so helpful in anything that I needed or looking for. The pharmacy there is great, even prices and able to make whatever you need. The Pharmacist is really nice. recommend to anyone
