Well its obvious there must be a management issue at this Stater Brothers Market. It wasn't that long ago.( 1.) A female Asian adult manager wearing a brown vest was latterly demanding what kind of work I did for a living. What does what I do for living have anything to do with me paying cash for a product? She was the Filipina manager. ( 2.) Next issue why did we observe the male Hispanic adult working in produce use the word: ( Dude) none stop in the produce section. How about the word : Sir or Ms. when referring to a customer. This incident was observed on: Thursday , Dec. 7, 2017. Proper work ethics pertain to how we speak to a customer. Leave out street high school talk: Such as : Dude, man, homie, fool, dog, This is street talk. Next thing we noticed as the employee in produce he was asked more then one time by the customer to stop attempting to tap him with his hands. For some reason the employee in produce insists on tapping a customer when he speaks to a customer. This is : Assault. Calif. Penal Code: 240. ( 3.) Next issue: We had a young female cashier that dragged on and on about the fires in : Bel Air. These are all rich people with insurance. The only reason the fires are on television is for ratings. How about not saying anything. In other words: Here is what to talk about: " Hello sir or Ms, how are you today "? Next comment : " Did you find everything in market ok "? Now don't bring up a topic . Leave it alone. For example a customer brings up a topic. The cashier can responds it sounds bad or awful or sad. To show sympathy . Now then when that customer leaves , Forget get the previous conversation. Keep the conversation brief . Today as we were waiting in the line the female Latina cashier continued to speak over and over about a television news story about the so called fires in Bel Air. Is she trying to be a news reporter ? If not, how about retraining all the cashiers to keep it professional . Let conversation be brief and professional . Not violent speech . Not depressing speech. Happy holidays. Now I'm not sure if any of these Stator Brothers Union cashiers are out side of the scope of their employee hand book if they start doing any thing out side the scope of their union contract? Or employee contract? Note : A cashier should be considerate about the other people waiting in line. Notice: How professional the employees are at the 99 Cent Store Only. Conversation is very brief . No long drawn out trash that's depressing. Keep it professional and up lifting conversation. Skip trying to be a news reporter and speak about the rich people fires in Bel Air. These are all millionaires with millions. With mega house insurance. The only reason its in the news is for ratings. Now I hope the store manager and district manager can have a meeting with all these employees. Give all conversation brief and professional . Keep the conversation professional and uplifting. Example:" Hello , Sir or Ms. ". " Did you find everything you needed or wanted ., Sir or Ms ". If a customer comments about some top news story the customer finds important keep the sympathy short and brief". Example: It sounds like a issue , I know our wonderful fire department will end soon. Why? This response is showing regard to the news topic with apathy. Also ending or closing the topic in high hopes. So now the customer leaves happy you showed apathy . Keep the response : Short, sweet, simple, close the topic in high hopes. Why? We don't want to depress the entire line of customers. Words fitly spoken are like a picture of silver in a apple of gold. Meaning: As pretty as gold plated apples are placed a a vase made of silver. This is how words should be. The cashier needs to be professional. With respect, and apathy. Yet to keep the fire going. As compared to the unprofessional we observed today. She ranted on and on. About : How sad. how sad. As though she was trying to depress the entire customers in line.

Well today I had to walk in this market with my gym bag.Why because my car is in the shop.It appeared very rude ,arrogant that the shaved head male Hispanic adult in produce walked between me and another customer with out saying excuse me.Then the male white adult supervisor was eye balling me .Even when I walked to the parking lot. Note: Just after the guy in produce walked between me .A very heavy set male Hispanic adult stood in produce and stared me down.He indicated he had rubber foam in the back. This is discrimination.A VIOLATION OF Calif Gov Code:12900.No customer should be treated with antagonisim or selective enforcement. A day prior I asked a female white adult in dairy for help. She acted like she did not here me. If this is not racist .Then what is ? They act like thier products are not available any were else. If other minorites have experienced any (Racial Duscrimination at thIs Stator Brothers) Please post you're blog.Hopefully we can have hidden cameras from the spy shop .The kind like ink pins. Then get a : Class Action Law suite going. This racisim is so sad. In 2011.
