        Horrible

        Me and my husband stayed here on our wedding night and it was horrible. They charged my card for two rooms when I only had one. In my moms room she found a baby snack and they took off one night but other than that they did nothing. In my grandmas room there was something all over the ceiling. We will never stay here again.

        Most definitely worth staying there again

        Coincidentally, our family stayed at this hotel during a funeral visit in March, 2009; and, we were well pleased with the service, cleanliness and our rooms. Management inquired at every turn as to whether our needs were being met. The breakfast was satisfactory, as were all facilities and extras provided. Each staff member we encountered was pleasant and efficient, providing excellent service. We plan to stay at this well located, family atmosphere lodging every time we visit Huntington Beach, CA in the future.

        Not worth it

        This hotel will rip you off any chance they get. I had made a reservation and canceled. Made the mistake of not getting a cancelation number but know I spoke w/ a man to cancel. Had proof that my reservation was made on line and that I was sent confirmation from web site I made the reservation on. I called the hotel to cancel. They are claiming that since I did not have a cancelation number they can not do anything. Also claim that staff is so well trained they would never make the mistake of not giving me a cancelation number. Not customer service friendly at all. I was even in the surrounding area for a funeral, not a vacation. Would not give them a chance to rip me off again.
