        The employees of this store decided to play a practical joke on my stepdaughter when she came to pick up her car today. While the joke may have been at the request of her father who set up the service, they not only displayed poor judgment in indulging him but also displayed poor taste in egging her on to the point of making her feel ashamed and distraught. I had an appointment myself to have 4 new tires installed on my own truck next week (which I have cancelled). Furthermore, NTB was listed as a preferred vendor through our fleet account for over 50 work trucks. A complaint has been filed with our Fleet Service and NTB will now be removed from our list as a result of today's foolish lack of discretion.
