        Overall

        Shutters on the bottom half of four windows. Replaced some lower quality shutters which interfered with cleaning windows which tilted in. Great experience. Salesperson was pleasant and thorough in providing samples of the product I needed as well as material options. There was no high pressure. Installer was outstanding. She made sure the shutters fit well before leaving and that the area was clean. She really cared about doing the job well. i am pleased with the quality of the shutters. They look much better than what they replaced.
