Restaurant Lulu and it's sister restaurant Azie are both well worth the trip. Lulu has some great fixed menus that offer starter, main and dessert courses that allow you to have a memorable dining experience. The dish that I loved the most was the Prime Rib roast which is a dish for two. The meat is very flavorful and tender. Service and ambience are top notch.
Boulevard is an outstanding fine dining restaurant in San Francisco. The food, décor, and service are all excellent. Getting a table is nice but a fun alternative is to dine at the bar area right in front of the kitchen. You will have the opportunity to converse with the chefs and learn more about the preparation of your meal.
Yes, it's on the expensive side for breakfast. Yes, the lines can get crazy long. But how could you not enjoy breakfast in this setting. The atmosphere is great as is the service and the food. Some times places are hyped for a reason that's justifiable. I'd say Sears Fine Foods is one of those places.
