Dr Kelli is wonderful and extremely friendly. On the other hand her staff was not very helpful. I had recently gone for a contact fitting and they receptionist told me she would call me on Monday after contacting my insurance company and let me know when my contacts would be ready... Monday comes and no phone call so I waited till Tuesday evening and still nothing. Called them on Wednesday and was told yes my contacts were ordered. No mention if my insurance company gave them an issue or not...not told if it was covered. I got to pick up my contacts and I am THEN told my insurance wouldn't cover it and I had to pay for my contacts. If this was known when your ordered them WHY not call the client like you said you would and advise them of the situation? I let her know to please advise me if things are not covered since some people in this world need to budget expenses.
After I paid, the receptionist was giggling with the other one in a mocking sense. REALLY? Right in front of my kids too!
I am very frustrated at the lack of communication and lack of respect they showed me. Very disappointed!!!!!
