Sears Driving School

My son 15 years old attended the Sear Humble,Texas location in August 2013 and thought he finished his training. I learned a year later that he was missing a driving time. The problem I have with Humble Location is no one from this location noifty me his mother that he missed a driving session.They said they contacted me on a number that is no longer working! However Sear's had my address, a second number and none of these method were used. I spoke the Mgr Robert and he was not helpful at all. He stated he would look in the matter and give me call. However he has never return my calls. I have called about 6 times within two weeks and no response. I paided a lot of money and they are not helpful in resolving the issue.I feel why would Sear's not use the other information to contact the parents to let them know the child was missing something. They ask for all of this contact information then call a non working number but never use the other information like second number or address etc... I would not recommend using this location to anyone where I live in Kingwood, Texas. I letting any and everybody know DO NOT USE SEAR'S GO SOMEWHERE ESLE.

Now I have lost my money and know seems to care at Sear's.
