Love the hibatchi without the high price

This restaurant is wonderful - from the soup, salad, and entree - all delicious. They need to offer some cooking classes - if I could eat this delicious food which was all healthy (except I had the fried rice instead of steamed) - I would cook like this for my family and we would lose some weight! A little pricy for four of us but worth it.

I agree with virtually everything the first reviewer stated. The food is always fresh and flavorful. Typically, we go there for the sushi which is hard to beat.

All vegetables are freshly cut, not frozen. Dumplings are hand-made. Beef, Pork & Chicken are very tender. This is a restaurant I have recommended several times to friends. Portion sizes are generous, prices are good, service is prompt and courteous and the decor is nicely done. Family friendly restaurant.



I highly recommend the Sizzling Beef dishes, the Beef and Broccoli was excellent, Cocoanut Curry Chicken was very nicely done... basically the food is tender, vegetables hot and crisp, sauces are well made and tasty. Their green tea goes well with the meals.



My daughters love the Sushi. Chef prepared, it is very well made, colorful and flavorful. We haven't tried their hibachi grill section yet because the Chinese food selection is so awesome.



Only criticisms:

1) The hand-made pork dumplings are excellent. The shrimp dumplings need a bit more thought... they can be better. Dumplings should also come with a plum sauce in addition to the soy.



2) The bo-bo platter (appetizer) is not on the menu... but lots of people know to order it anyway. If they eliminate the fried chicken wings and offered fresh oriental vegetables instead, it would be better. My daughters love heating their ribs & beef strips above the open flame.

3) Re-think the fried rice served with meals. It may be a traditional fried rice... but it could use a bit more scallions, carrot, peas and egg. Just this minor touch would add a LOT to the meal.



Overall, a very good restaurant well worth trying.
