Animal Emergency Clinic NE

This office is not very reasonable. They did nothing for my dog. I left a credit card number with them and I went back two days after that to pay cash and they lost my card information. So I didn't pay them cash and now I don't know were my information is? Also very not professional.

Our 19 yr old cat had been fighting liver cancer for quite a while. In his old age, he had become unsteady on his feet. Well the poor guy tried to climb the cat tree in our house (we have 5 others) and fell. Unfortunately in his fall, he ruptured something internally and was bleeding. We took him to this clinic, which is our local emergency clinic, on Labor Day. His condition was dire and we had already decided he didn't have very long to live, so we wanted to avoid him suffering or any heroics. The staff here worked quickly to triage our baby and helped us end his suffering quickly. While it was a very, VERY sad day for us - we had spent nearly 20 wonderful years with this little guy - he (and us) were treated well during this emotional and stressful time.



Thank you to the entire team here for treating us quickly and efficiently. The long waits at an after-hours emergency vet clinic are sometimes horrible. We know the doctors do their best, but I can't express enough how much pet parents appreciate it when the clinic has the people and processes in place to support quick response to even less-than-life-threatening injuries.

Just wanted to Thank Dr. Linton, and all the Tech's in their care of our Lil Paso (9yr old Pom/Chi mix). Brought him in with major injuries due to attack by a stray pit bull. They were extremely patient and understanding with me in explaining his injuries and possible solutions, unfortunitely, we didn't see any other way to go but to not have Paso suffering any longer...

We took our baby (a 9 week old pit) into the clinic at 2:30 a.m. The nurse and vet (Dr. VanDyke) were WONDERFUL!! They told us exactly what was wrong and gave us several options as to how to treat her . . . not to mention the fact that we were only there an hour and that was including her treatment. I don't know about the other vets but Dr. VanDyke was great. Our baby responded to her with a wagging tale and plenty of kisses-this was wonderful because she wasn't even wanting to lift her head.
