I just want to say what a pleasure it is to do business with Jim Lyson. His business is important to him and it shows. He is pleasant and helpful and gets things done. I would highly recommend him, he will go the extra mile and do what he needs to do to get you what you want.

Any business that you're spending nearly $2,000 with that tells you that you can leave and go back to where you came from should be avoided. So avoid this business!



Their management is very unprofessional and I will not be returning. Please find another dealer who will treat you with respect. Based on my experience, I do not think that they will handle ANY issues with a sale with any concern and will probably tell you to "drive back" to where you came from.



When I was finalizing the sale, I had an issue with a tax question as this was to be a tax-exempt sale. I asked the manager about the sales tax issue and he became defensive regarding the issue. It was apparent that he did not want to talk to me as he had refused to come to the counter to talk to me. I asked for an explanation on why they would not honor the exemption form. He blew up at me and told me "if you don't want the bike, you can get your money back and get in your truck and go back to Ohio".

I went into buy a bike from the owner and he was extremely rude and lied to me twice in order to sell the bike. Horrible customer service and rude! I will be taking my business else where. You cant treat people like that Jim.

Great product as well as service!!!! Truly went above and beyond to take care of us. Not to mention best deals around!!!!!!! Will never go anywhere else.

I recently purchased 4 new bicycles for myself, wive and two kids. My kids are 8 and 9 and very tall for their ages. Mike made sure that we purchased bikes that fit their size, were safe and would also last a few years. I was extremely pleased with my experience and will definitely shop there again.

I recently bought a Kawasaki Teryx 4 seater from mitch in sales and found the entire experience to be great. Very easy to deal with, no pressure and we negotiated a good price. They are scammers. The throw in bogus junk fees like documnation fee $180 and Doc prep fee $65 and don't tell you until you've driven across the state already and wasted you time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. VERY UNETHICAL!

When they were family owned, they were friendly and helpful. Now that some corp has bought the place, they are rude and shady. Fake ads to get you in the door. Fake promises of "we have it in stock" until you get there and they have to tranfer it from the other store and you have to pay for that AND it will be a week or two. As if thats not enough... the parts and service guy treats you like you're a huge inconvenience. And the salesmen either ignore you or treat you like you're too stupid to catch the bait-n-switch or bogus additional charges. Not a clean store, dirty, cluttered and shabby. Not a very good selection of anything. Most of their older parts inventory is for sale on EBay, so if you're looking for older stuff they wont even sell it to you. I am amazed that they're still in business or haven't had they're franchise yanked. I will drive another twenty miles to Kensington to be treated better, rather than shop this place thats right near my home.

Repeatedly advertise vehicles with 30 percent lower than actual miles at prices that don't exist. Advertised price is just to get you into their building then "Price just went up today". "I've been meaning to correct the wrong advertised mileage" (even though motorcycle has been relisted every week). Tried to add $180 new vehicle documentation fee to a used motorcycle plus other made up costs in addition to standard tax, title, plates. All the dirty dealer tricks plus they've come up with new ones. Actually told me "I don't care if I sell this motorcycle or not, it gets so many people in the door why would I want to sell it?" This dealership used to be family owned and was hands down the best place to purchase vehicles, accessories, get service work done or just stop in for a friendly talk or get advice. The new owners are as bad as it gets. Save yourself a lot of headaches and look elsewhere. No one should have to put up with that kind of treatment.
