If it is not in stock dont buy it unless you want to wait forever for the product. We purchased a dresser and headboard from art van on sept 13th. As we were placing the order Gail our sales rep told us 2-3 wks (we were fine with this). Yet as soon as my card was ran and the items had been paid for the date now turned into a month for the items to arrive in store. Again we just dealt with it. The headboard arrived 3 wks after purchase, the dresser had not. We waited until oct 16th and finally called to see what the hold up was with the dresser. To our surprise they changed the date to the beginning of nov... They couldnt even give us a courtesy call letting us know our dresser was now going to be a longer wait than originally stated? I find this to be very poor customer service. I could have bought this same product through walmart for cheaper and faster than a actual furniture store. This is unacceptable and not the first time art van has lied to us about a product. The first lie was when we bought a 1400 couch and purchase the warranty which they told us would be for the life of the couch (come to find out it was only for a year).
