Wow! After reading all the other reviews I am shocked! Had I read them beforehand I may not have moved in to my current property. However, my experience has been completely different, and Estephanie made my application process as painless and smooth as possible. Don't get me wrong, there were a lot of hoops to jump through as their screening process for tenants is efficient. But they were just thorough. Amanda in the office literally walked me through the set up of my Tenant Portal by staying on the phone with me with step by step instructions. She & Estephanie were more than amicable and pleasant to do business with. Prior to move-in, there were a few things I wanted addressed, and I was given no flack as they took care of those repairs. I found them to be professional & have no complaints. As we have been here a couple weeks now, I have noticed a few other things that need addressing, and have gone the proper channels by following protocol with a service request. Though they have not been addressed yet to this date, they are not issues detrimental to safety or health and I am sure they are not considered top priority while making repair rounds. I am overall pleased and quite hopeful of our business relations in the future. As someone whom holds Ethics and Professionalism as staples for my practices, I currently see no holes in theirs. Like many situations, different factors apply & create a different experience. In my experience, it's best to uphold high standards for oneself, and usually the response is to get back the same in return.

My wife and I moved into this property back in 2012 for our first apartment together. It was operated under different management at that time and although they were all friendly, the Berkshire Communities (current staff) is very professional and definitely easy to trust them as your landlord. In three years we never had a service request go longer than 48 hrs to repair (emergencies were handled immediately as well). The neighbors are all nice and ideal for any individuals whether your single, married, have a family, etc. Their pet policy is aligned with other properties and they provide many dog waste baskets around the grassy areas on property. The only negative comments we could make is the main gate malfunctions occasionally so be cautious of it's actions, as well as their could be more lighting throughout the visitors / 4th floor of the garage and exterior parking spaces inside the community. The property was very safe and the area is perfect if you're looking to live inside the 610 loop / Galleria / Bellaire area. Overall, my wife and I would recommend this property to anyone and we really enjoyed our stay at the Estates at Bellaire from July 2012 - Nov 2015.
When we were in the market for a property manager, our Realtor recommended two companies to get in touch with. We called both, but never received a return call. We did a quick interned search and sent out emails to 4 other companies in Houston and called the 4 with the nicest websites. We immediately received a call back from Texas Renters. the lady's name was Mrs. Rose. She provided us with all the info I needed and if I needed anything else, she was the person to contact again. Before we knew it, she had an account rep out to our homes and we were rocking and rolling. There was no time lost. Within 2 weeks we had our first tenant and the company guaranteed that if there were any problems, they would pay to find a new tenant How cool! Well, that was 1 year ago. So far we're pleased with the service. The staff is responsive and they know our business well. Sam and Carla (the owners) have taken personal responsibility to assist us as well. We have no complaints so far and I highly recommend them.
