Let's talk about Mr. Keith Martin of Evolution Technology Group. This guy is a piece of work. Let's first talk about how impatient and lazy this guy is. Upon the date of install rather than returning an HDMI cable and swapping it out for a VGA cable that would work with the NVR he paid for, he made us return the NVR for one with an HDMI port. To accommodate him, we took it back, and sent it back to the distributor to be swapped out for an 8channel NVR which he did not pay for. He paid for a 4 Channel. We informed him the process would take 6-8 weeks to complete. Week one he starts calling us demanding the new device. Again we reiterate to him it's 6-8 weeks. But, he continues to call. Week 5 rolls around and a he files a claim with his bank, for the full refund of the purchase with our equipment sitting in his business. After the charges being reversed and losing the money, due to the inability of this guy yo wait one more week, he still expected to use equipment that is now considered unpaid for. So, yes, I went into his account and deleted the cameras off the account. Why? Because, what has been stolen shouldn't be used. While what would have been his new 8 channel NVR we upgraded him to, is now sitting in our office unused. Beware of this this refurbished computer parts sales man. He not only is a terrible customer. But, as witnessed, he does not treat his own employees well. Talking down to them, yelling at them.

I was truly amazed at the level of service that I recieived from this company. The gentleman that I dealt with was Don Spechps at 877-472-8572. He was constantly in touch with me. Got my car, which was 600 miles away, to me overnight. His price blew away all his competition. Don's driver was as curtious, and also constantly in touch with me. When they advertise "Door to Door" delivery, that is exactly what you get. My car was not running, which made it more difficult for them to get my car loaded, but they did it...and didn't charge me anymore to do it. Their driver even rolled my car into my garage! I do alot of business with many companies, but, I hardly ever leave positive feed back when it is deserved. I had to make an exception this time. I highly suggest you call Don at Atlas. This man is totally sincere and does what he says he's going to do. For some reason, in these times we're living in, good service just seems hard to get. Good variety, products arranged by type and use. Reasonable prices. They specialize in allergy foods & herbal solutions. Hansen's sodas have Splenda. They're facing Highway 6 north, strip center at the corner of Kingfield Drive. Other side of Kingfield has the big Kroger shopping center (Hwy6N at West Little York). Very Knowledgeable staff, keeping up with info on marketing outsourcing to Chinamanland--did you think supplements (or drugs, for that matter) were still made in America? These guys know some remaining brands. Write your Congress people that we do NOT want our food supplements classified as narcotics for prescription sales--as required by the USA's membership in the World Trade Org (WTO), which goes by EU Codex Alimentarius. Try to get your Congressmen to help move us out of these socialist, communitarian groups like the World Health Org and so on. We do NOT need the U.N. or others controlling our lives> the USA is a sovereign country that is not beholding to anyone. Sorry to politicize, but they WILL take our vitamins, etc., if they can.
