To the General Manager: On behalf of Home Sweet Home Community Redevelopment (HSHCRC). I would lie to thank Hilton Furniture for allowing us to use its loading dock facility and equipment when recieving a large truck load donation of food (24 pallets of yogurt) from Feed the Children. On February 25, 2010 our organization was scheduled to recieve a food donation from Dannon, in Dallas, TX. Unfortunately, our previously scheduled delivery location was no longer available. Our Executive Director, Mrs. Demetria McNeal, and staff feverishly began to search for a location that could accomodate not only the size of the truck but its contents (4356 cases). She was passing by your location, noticed your loading facilities, took a chance and stopped in to ask for your store's help. Your associates generously accepted the challenge and our donations was delivered successfully. We were able to pick up and distribute the yogurt to many deserving families, in the community, the very next day. Even though all of your associates are to be commended, for the help, i would like to offer a special thanks to "Bo" and "Jacob" for the forklift driving and patience in loading our trucks to complete the delivery. Once again thank you very much. Sincerely, Eardis W. Wilkins Jr. HSHCRC Homes Board Chairman
Please disregard the negative comments on our business. There are two other companies (both are our competitors) who are out to slander our good name. Apparently, they can not compete & feel the need to attack an honest family owned business. We are currently suing them for slander, defamation, and lost of business. They have even gone to lengths of purchasing flagging software to boot our online classified ads. We hope that there are customers out there who will see them for what they are. And realize that we are honest, good hearted people who are being victimized by other dealers in the furniture business who are nothing but dishonest scam artists. We have kept these negative comments on this page for that sole purpose of our lawsuit. You can see for yourself that these businesses have gone to every directory online & left horrible reviews regarding our company, even some on the same exact day with different user names. We apologize to our customers for dealing with all of this immaturity & drama. John & Elizabeth, owners Baybrook Furniture 281-484-4048
I stumbled across this furniture which looked like a hole in the wall, but it truly is a diamond in the rough. I love this place! The manager is super nice. The 1st time I went in there, I found a beautiful kitchen table. I had been searching at all the major furniture stores in town, but this store was the only place that had exactly what I'd been looking for. Plus, the manager ended up giving me an awesome deal! The 2nd time I went in there I was searching for a leather sofa. Again, I tried a few of the major furniture stores but couldn't find what I wanted at a decent price. As soon as I walked into The Furniture Zone, I saw the perfect leather sofa. It was the most comfortable couch I sat on all day. And, once again, the manager gave me a crazy awesome deal!! Don't let the outside appearance fool you. This place might just have exactly what you're looking for. From now on, I'm checking here 1st for all my future furniture needs.
