Had an issue with hot water out of cold taps, cold water from hot, and hot water in the toilet. Had to replace a canister in the shower faucet. Fast response, diagnosed and resolved issue quickly, friendly staff. Everything works perfect now. Wish I had called sooner :). Definitely will use YB PLUMBING again.
Our experience with YB PLUMBING was terrific. We had a water line leak in the delivery pipe in 100ft distance between city pipe and our house. We had previously hired another contractor who replaced a small section and assured us things would be fine. They were not, and a second leak and flood developed. YB PLUMBING technician came to rescue us! He told us we had been swindled and explained why and how he would replace the pipe in it's entire length, do minimal damage to the lawn, not disrupt the foundation wall or concrete walkway, and protect our interior finishes. He was very patient and informative, was early, hardworking, courteous and tidy. It was a big job, done in a very prompt , efficient and neat manner. Our experience was very positive, and we would not hesitate to recommend this company.
The basement drain was overflowing and I called a few drain places but YB PLUMBING was able to come by right away to deal with the problem. The plumber was very professional and showed us exactly what the issue was. He gave us a reasonable price for the job and it was completed the next day. We will definitely be using their services in the future.
Initially the carpet in the laundry room in the basement was found wet. With my own searching for the source of the water, water dripping was found coming down from above level. When searching for a plumber, I found this website and decided to call YB PLUMBING. The plumber came for an initial estimate and told me what his diagnostic procedure would be. What worried me was that it seemed difficult in locating the spot where the leak was originated from.
Holes would have to be cut in the dry walls and I wasn't sure how many of them would have to be cut. Situation seemed to me more challenging the next day when he came to start the diagnostics and fix. The water dripping sound inside the dry wall that could be heard yesterday couldn't be heard any more. He proceeded with his diagnostic procedure and in the end he did a very good job. He only cut two holes altogether and it seemed to me the diagnostic procedure he took was all right and he was trying to avoid unnecessary diagnostic damage.
The leaking spot was at an awkward position below the hot tub. He pointed out that the pipe wasn't positioned properly as such the bottom of the tub was touching the pipe, which I agreed with his comment. Although it looked to me the fix would be quite a bit challenging, he did it very efficiently and he also adjusted the pipe line's position to avoid the tub's touching on it. The whole diagnostics and fix together was about two hours, and to me the price is all reasonable. I was very pleased with the result.
One of the worse nightmares of Homeowners is plumbing problem...mine was clogged pipe...filthy water and waste backed up my utility tub in the laundry room. YB PLUMBING was recommended by a friend and checked their website and read the reviews..didn't checked other companies but called them right away.
From the secretary to the plumber..it was satisfying especially talking to a live person...within minutes I was able to talk to their plumber. The plumber called and made an appointment with me for the next day. It was Saturday and anytime emergencies can happen.
The plumber arrived and introduced himself and was very apologetic for being late (he called me before and told me that he will late). I explained to him the problem and we both went to the laundry room and basement where the pipes are located. He assessed the situation, gave me options and quoted me the price. Upon agreeing, he brought the necessary equipment and started working and at the same time explaining everything. I got to look at the camera. Thank God the problem was not that bad..and the culprit...blocked papers. As soon as he's done or problem solved, he cleaned and sanitized the area...what more could you ask???

Everyone at YB PLUMBING is professional and customer service oriented. The plumber helped us resolve a particularly horrible experience we had with other plumbing company. To say he went out of his way for us is a huge understatement. YB PLUMBING ran new water lines in our bathroom, installed a vanity, sink and faucets. They replaced the service valve to our main water supply because the water company broke it off and would not fix it. We also had a toilet and new tub drain installed by YB PLUMBING. Thank you for everything you have done for us including stepping into the debacle that other plumbing company refused to help with. You are the best plumbers in the world.
Quick, polite service. The plumbers took off their shoes when they entered my home to check out the damage. When they got down to work, they covered everything in plastic.
When they finished the job, the plumbers wiped everything down and cleaned my bathroom!

Unfortunately my husband just passed away unexpectedly. He always handled the maintenance on the house. Last month, I received a $100.00 water bill for just myself and my son. I called the water dept and they said the leak was on my side of the meter. I started to cry. I did not know who to call. I did what everyone else does and started researching plumbers. Based on the info from this site and others (e.g. Yahoo), I called YB PLUMBING for an estimate. The owner was promptly on time, pleasurable, and knowledgeable. Within an hour of his departure, the water co and the electrical company had been to my home. At noon, as promised, the plumber, who was extremely courteous and professional, was here to lay down a new water line.

I called a total of 4 plumbers from the list for a basic plumbing job. These guys gave me an estimate about 20% less than the others. YB PLUMBING technician called before the appointment time to let me know he was on the way. When he got here, he was very polite, did the work very efficiently and the bill was exactly what was quoted. I will use this company again.

I had an old drain pipe that was leaking. I received a coupon from YB PLUMBING's and so I called them. The plumber came on time, was very polite and knowledgeable and replaced the leaking section with new pipe. I never did ask what the rate was (I forgot to) but when I got the bill it was lower than what I was expecting. I definitely recommend using them.
For three years I have lived in my home with an eyesore. The previous owners had installed a refuse burner that was not to code and was hideous! It was hideous in 1980, so you can only image how awful it was in 2013. I Have called multiple different companies to pay to have it removed but to no avail...'Too heavy','Not worth it.' Today YB PLUMBING came to my home to do my service partner check and while visiting I mentioned the refuse burner and they TOOK IT OUT! No big deal, No charge, just took it out because they like to be helpful! I am in shock and so pleased, I am a YB PLUMBING customer forever!!
