bad service

This is the worst dentist I've encounter, terrible attitude does not appreciate your business he carries him self as he is doing you a favor by accepting you in his office.



I definitely agree with the review Disappointed posted, I actually spoke to Dr. Don H. in reference to the long wait that is been going on for the last year, he actually had a really bad attitude from the beginning and started telling me that if I was telling him how to run his business and there was a lot of dentist out there, that what was my problem,I just ask him to tell what was my estimated time to wait for them to change my son's bands for his braces,he said he did not know, when it only takes at the most 10min. and i have to wait up to 3 hours by this time my teenager is looking at him and her turns to her and ask her "Do you have a problem "with and attitude, then he turn to the office mgr and told her when ever they come agian I dont want them to wait one minute and walked away. Wow dr. that was very professional so I told my kids lets go we will go some where else. There quality of work is not good at all my daughter had a filling done several months later it fell and of course they wanted me to pay agian because they said that my daughter did not take care of the filling it was not their mistake. I will be taking my 4 kids 2grandkids and my husband to a different dentist. Hope you dont have to go thru what I went.



My experience with Woodforest Dental Assoc was not good. The front office staff does not communicate with the parents or patients. If you (the customer) point out something they are never at fault they start pointing finger to different employees and even sometimes ended back at you! My question, aren’t all the employees a team??? I had a question and I got 3 different answers when I finally got to talk to the manager that by the way was very rude and unprofessional. I still didn’t have a proper answer to my question when I ask for copies to my daughter’s records since I was not getting an answer. I got the run around.... the manager said, if they have time they will provide me with one or it may take 2 to 3 weeks in order to have the copies and she kept saying you have to pay CASH and she could not gave me an amount of how much either just that they where expensive$$. I think I have the right for copies of my daughter’s records and if they don’t have anything to hide why not immediately provide me with the information. I am not accusing them of nothing yet since they are still not giving me copies of her records so I can get a second opinion with another doctor. Another complain I have and I am not the only one the waiting time is very long for example you arrive at 8:30 and they will be finished by 10:39.Be prepared to wait almost 3 hours for a 10 minute consultation. I understand generally doctor’s visits take time waiting but the quality of their work is far from good nothing they had done to my daughter’s mouth had stay in place for more than a week. The first time they said it was defective second time (it broke in 20 minutes) they try to say maybe was her mouth...hmmm what exactly does that mean???? That your staff doesn’t know how to work in her mouth??? Anyway do not waste your time with this office I hope this help you in not making the same mistake I did.
