My goodness! My experience here was OUTSTANDING! All of the staff was warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. Snaggletooth's exam was thorough and I was given the cheapest and most practical care plans first. I did not even have to ask "what's the cheapest?". The Vet has my full respect and trust after today's experience. I will only take snaggle here. No other place will do.

Ever since I adopted my cat from the SPCA I have been looking for a nice Vet to take him to that won't charge me a fortune. when adopting from the spca they give you a free visit to the VCA which I was completely unimpressed with, I went to one other before I came here. Their prices are fair and not too expensive to me. the Vets and vet techs seem knowledgeable and genuinely concerned with your pets well being. My baby Loki had what looked like dirt on his chin and for the longest time I thought it was just that- turns out its actually a form of acne?? none of the other vets seemed to know what it was! I really enjoy my visits here and so did Loki.

I WOULD RATE YALL 5 STARS AND WOULD TELL ANYONE WHAT A GREAT CARING STAFF & PLACE THAT IN WEST OAKS ANIMAL HOSPITAL!!! AGAIN....THANK YOU

The staff is very friendly as well as our veterinarian . Every one really cares about each individual animal. Our doctor personally calls the patients back the next day to check checkup on her patients. The office hours are great and it's a very welcoming atmosphere
