I went in for contacts and knew going in that the appt price was higher than normal but I was told by the receptionist that it was fast, effective and very thorough. I get to the appt and the first thing I get is a hounding by the SAME receptionist to increase the price of the appointment by 40 bucks to get a ""better"" view of my eye with a new imaging device. The exam was decent enough (minus the hour wait) and I was out with my trial version of contacts very happy.... Except the fact no one showed me how to take them out.... It's not like there was a rush. So I had to update my frames and the receptionist goes to talk to the doctor and they ask me if I want to increase my bill AGAIN by getting a """"new"" service for the frames to make them scratch resistant. I told her no and yet when I received my bill, sure enough there it was, 80 charge. I called the next day and found that they also charged me for contacts that I HAD NOT ORDERED. I asked the receptionist to refund the lens treatment and contacts, sure, no problem check will be there in 7 business days....3 weeks later no check. Call back and they said the manager ""forgot"" to mail the check and another was on its way. 2 Weeks after that still no check and again the manager didn't mail a check. I asked for a full refund for having to wait nearly 7 weeks for a refund and I was hung up on.
Still no check to date. Everything about my experience was horrible.
