I have been seen by this facility for over 10 years. While the Dr is very thorough, the staff is always leaving me feeling short on service. The young technician, the son who has been there for years, can be very condescending. The wife seems to try very hard to please, however, she never follows up with the call to let you know your order has arrived. A 2-3 day wait has turned into a week and a half with the blame always placed somewhere else. No update calls ever extended. All in all, they lack customer service training. Recently I had lost my glasses on a Saturday while in Florida. As I was basically blind without my glasses, I was desperate for asistance. Unable to find a local Dr to give me an exam on the weekend, there were many who would provide new glasses if I had my previous prescription. I called both at the office and their home number, leaving a desperate/emergency message at both. I even explained that I wanted them to re-order my lenses and frames that I purchased from them 4 months earlier. I never heard back from anyone. I followed up with them on Monday as I was traveling back to Houston, only to find that they had not yet attended to their messages. Over the more than 10 years, my wife and I have complained about this office before. This was the final disappointment. Needless to say, I have finally taken my family's business somewhere else never to return. By the way, it also took 2 days for them to fax my prescription so I could order new glasses. Although disappointing, it was expected.
