Justin STOLE!! my money and I never heard back from him



I've used Justin on 3 separate jobs with each experience progressively seeing more red flags. He had reasons he did not show up on the job or why the work was not completed frequently. The biggest red flag is he insists you pay upfront for the full cost of the job before he starts which is a big red flag. The first job the cost of labor almost doubled from his original quote as well as the materials. The Second job he was moving a fence for me and asked for the full amount upfront before the job was done. I told him was not comfortable with but I paid him. it was supposed to be a one day job but he finished the next day. In both jobs trash and materials were left on the job site. The last and final job I wanted him to do was pickup the trash at my home site. After we agreed on a price he insisted for all the money upfront and i tell him okay but he needs to pickup the trash asap. He said he would and met me up, picked up the cash and said he was heading to the job site. I asked him to contact me when he was there. He never did so i texted/called him. his first text said he was on his way and then i followed up with a call which he stated he was there. Confirmed with neighbors he never showed up. I tried calling and texting him for a week asking him to finish the job or refund my money. A week later i get one text saying he would refund me via Paypal. To this day still did not get a refund and no return calls. I would never use him as a contractor as he is not professional, he stole my money, has bad communication, consistently has excuses.



Just doing this review as a warning to others.
