Andy and Richard are some shady people. They are trying to get extra money from Allstate for something that wasn't caused by the accident. They have had my car for about 40 days saying that they can't skip other cars just to get mine finished. Hell you had the car over a month it should have been finished. I got hung up on for calling them shady!!!! They just mad because I speak my mind don't care who don't like it !!!! The truth hurt him......I am urging EVERYONE NOT TO TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM!!!!! they are SHADY!!! Beware!!!! Please go somewhere else.

My car was involved in an incident in Houston. A wrecker vehicle showed up and towed my car to this facility after he and I agreed on a price of 160 dollars, which I paid in cash. He did not mention any additional charges while we negotiated the price. The wrecker told me that I could get the car moved to another repair shop if I choose to do that at a later time. After looking at the google rating for USA Auto Collision, I called my insurance company and asked them to send an estimator to this facility.



The next day, I informed USA Auto Collision that my insurance company’s estimator will show up within the week, and they emailed me some forms I have to sign. Before signing the form, I checked google and yelp and noticed that they had a lot of negative reviews. I also noticed that one of the “5 star” reviews on google was written by someone with the same name as one of their employees. Moreover, a lot of the other “5 stars” are from anonymous google users. Since this looked really suspicious, I decided not to sign the forms.



I called back that day and let them know that I will get my vehicle towed elsewhere. I was told that I would have to sign some forms. Also, USA Auto Collision told me that I had to agree to have my insurance company pay them additional money to release the car. I mentioned that the person who towed the car did not mention any additional charges.



I got the run around until noon the next day. At some point, they told me that Stan’s Wrecker is a separate company from USA Auto Collision and that the tow truck driver meant to state that I did not owe any money to Stan’s Wrecker. I asked USA Auto Collision to take the charges up with Stan’s Wrecker, but they would not do that. Both Stan’s Wrecker and USA Auto Collision are in the same compound, and on multiple occasions, I could not tell which business I was dealing with.



I asked them multiple times what forms I have to sign and what payments are involved prior to getting the car back. They would not tell me what forms I had to sign unless I show up in person at the facility. They would also not tell me the exact amount owed: the range of estimates I heard went from $600 to $1600. Frustrated, I showed up at USA Auto Collision and signed a form authorizing my insurance company to pay them ~900 dollars even though no work was done on the car and my car was at their location for only around 2 days. They were extremely slow about returning calls to get my car towed to another repair shop, and as a result I could not get the car out until the third day.



I also just noticed that one of the reviews below with a 5 star rating was written by someone with the same name as one of their employees.

Horrible owner very rude and racist. Richard Gonzalez is a get over type person DO NOT GO HERE! He was rude to my ten year old daughter he told her to get out of his shop because of a certain way she was looking . HE WILL TRY TO HOLD YOUR CAR AND TRY TO CHARGE YOU EXTRA FEES . HE LOST MY KEYS AND TOOK MY CAR APART AND SAID HE WOULD NOT PUT IT BACK WHEN HE GOT THE CAR ALL PUT TOGETHER. HE IS A THIEF!!!! HE EVEN GOT SOME RANDOM PERSON BELOW TO COMMENT HOW GOOD THE SHOP IS BUT HE IS A LIAR HE WILL PUT AFTER MARKET PARTS ON YOUR CAR AND TRY TO BLAME THE INSURANCE ! IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR CAR WORSE OFF THEN BEFORE DO NOT SEND IT HERE

I had an accident for the very first time in my life,it was a very frightening and scary ordeal. Being a 19 year old girl in college, and having no family here to get any type of assistance, the wrecker driver at USA Auto Collision Center took me home after my accident since I was in no condition to be taken to get a rent-a-car at the time. The following day I called to find out the procedures that I needed to take to get my vehicle fixed to the people at USA Auto Collision Center. They picked me up from my house, so I could get assistance with the claim procedures. They helped me call in the claim to my insurance company, to help me get my repairs started. They even took me to go get my rent-a-car. While in the process of repairing my vehicle,my insurance company tried to short change my repairs by trying to put used and after market parts in my NEW vehicle. Richard Gonzalez, the owner of the company, personally got involved and made my insurance company pay for original dealer parts. When I went to pick up my vehicle, it was completed and they also detailed my vehicle completely. My vehicle has never looked better, I feel like its brand new from the dealership again. I want to thank USA Auto Collision Center for making this so easy for me, since I didn't have no family here to help me. I highly recommend this company.

Stay Away from this shop. Otherwise, you or your insurance company will have endless pain to deal these crooks. My car was towed by their tow truck name Stan's Wrecker and these crooks ask me to pay over $2000 for the estimate of the repair. Calls after calls, nobody can give me an estimate of the repair. Owner Richard seems want my car for his personal use once I give up the repair.



Never take your car there!!!

I found this shop on the internet without looking at the reviews. What a big mistake! These people are scam artists. I was told my car would be ready in two weeks they had my van for over a month. They did four supplements to my insurance claim that started out at 1046 $ and ended up getting over 3800$ out of my insurance company and my van was not fixed professionally. They claimed they were using new parts but they used old and manufactured parts made in their shop. Richard is the mastermind behind this organization . He acted as if he was some kind of godfather or gang leader. Do not be fooled by the nice website and clean shop. This place should be investigated by the police or attorney general's office. I felt so violated by their actions and lies. Tell all of your friends. Also Stan's wrecker service is the same outfit. Organized Crime members all of them.

I was told charge tow charge was to be 250.00 ended up being 340.00. car lights were left on at lot and charge was 45.00 to charge battery and 20.00 to change flat tire, but couldn't because spare mysteriously had a slit in it. Trunk can be accessed from inside the car thru latch. hum
