I was struggling to find someone who would try to remove a stain from my carpet. The gentleman who runs this company told me it might be difficult and we agreed to try. While a lot of the stain came out, it didn't all come out. He very kindly agreed to replace that small piece of carpet for us with some spare material we had left from the installation. I am very grateful.
