I can't get anyone to answer the phone and track a lost package. They put you on hold forever and I can't answer their survey until someone answers. It's incredible the wait they put you. I been waiting for a hour and nothing. This has to improve.

This is THE WORST POST OFFICE IN THE ENTIRE USA.
Absolutely pathetic. The manger over there tells carriers to skip routes. Some days they don't even deliver the mail to my apartment complex. Today the carrier came after 6:30PM!!!!!

Im so sick and tired of this post office!!! I can never seem to get anything when im suppose to and the manager there has a bad attitude

It is horrible. I am overly annoyed by the service. Ordered something from Hong Kong a month ago and still has not showed up in my friggin mailbox. Asked the mail lady and all she told me was "i couldnt find it. Give me a couple of days." Ok, i gave her a full week...nothing. I am not too happy with their service. UGH.
