    A Burger with Style

    Provided by

Went here right after getting my hair done at the salon next door (which I also recommend you go to). I got the Bella burger. It had mozarella, spinach, garlic aioli, and something else... you should definitely check out the menu. But anyway, every bite was juicy and savory. I also had the truffle fries and they were pretty awesome as well. And not only was my order delicous, it was cute too, haha. The burger looks JUST like its silhouetted logo. I recommend you go and try one. They've got some creative food items on their menu.

    Outstanding flavors!!!!

    Provided by

I found this place via a Groupon a while ago when I lived near the Galleria. Was totally thrilled with how good the Kobe beef burger was! And the sweet potato fries, and the Parmesan fries... WOW!! I have since moved to Spring, but still drive to the Galleria area specifically for this burger because it is better than anything I have had anywhere. Have tried several different ones... every one good!!

    Best Burger ever

    Provided by

The best burger in Houston. I work nearby, so we go a lot! Kobe beef, cooked to order, and sweet potatoe fries. What more could you ask for? The only suggestion I have is to order it well done. It will be more like medium. They tend to cook on the rare side of things. I love their burgers tho, and I would eat one everyday if I could!

You will want to visit Houston just for a burger!

    Provided by

This burger place was just around the corner from the hotel we were staying at, and we just happened to walk by it, as the signage wasn't all that noticeable (due to city regulations we found out). My husband and I both agree these were the best burgers we have had. Before I leave Houston, we'll be back again. And I know this will be a must place to back to on return visits to the fine state of Texas, and the even finer city of Houston.

Highest Quality Beef You'll Ever Get

    Provided by

First of all, before the reviewer who claims fries are five bucks, theyre $2.95, and I think they're the best in houston and more than one normal person can eat. there is a version with rosemary and parmesan cheese that might be $4.95. Great burger with great sauces, and an amazing selection of beers. The place is tough to find, the last space in the strip center where Sage Sushi is located, on the side of the Subzero/Wolf store.

    YOU GOTTA TRY THIS PLACE

    Provided by

WOW!! I live near this place but never went in and tried it. I discovered it using an app on my phone and I am now kicking myself for not trying it a long time ago. I had never tried a kobe beef burger before now. This was BY FAR the best burger I have ever eaten. The beef was cooked perfectly and, unlike alot of other places, the bun was soft and yet still sturdy enough to hold everything together without making a mess. The price was a little more than I expected, but the quality made me quickly forget about that. I had the Texas cheesburger (9.95) and a side of fries (2.95). The fries were mediocre when compared to the burger, but they were still good. Next time I think I will try the sweet potato fries. \r The atmosphere is very trendy and the decor was modern and kinda reminded me of a nice little lounge, but without the sofa's and plush seating. \r The service was spectacular and after I finished my meal, I honestly wanted to hug it out with the ""artist"" that made it. \r Stop looking for another burger joint and try this place!!!!

Pleasantly surprised - BEST (healthy) burger I've ever eaten

    Provided by

We went to the Burger Palace based on a recommendation from the concierge from our hotel (Homewood Suites). Despite the poor signage on the outside, the inside is trendy and comfortable. Our server was very friendly and we were seated in minutes upon arrival. We were eating at 2:00, the restaurant was about half full and the service was perfect. I saw where other posters had slow service... It appears that was addressed. We ordered the Texas Cheeseburger and the Napa Valley burgers with Sweet Potato fries. The food arrived on nice plates, nice presentation and fresh. OH MY GOSH.... the first bite of this burger was absolutely amazing! The bread was incredible and the meat literally melted in my mouth (ordered medium). The fries were ""to die for"" and served in a separate dish... crispy, sea salt... YUM!!! I consider myself pretty well experienced in burgers having had burgers all the way from East Texas to San Diego with plenty in between. This burger was the best I have ever tasted... I was surprised and did not expect it based on the Asian influence. I figured only good ole Texas joints would have the best burgers... I am wrong. This burger was the best. They use Akaushi beef (which I had never heard of) and it was amazing!!! We came up with a more descriptive name -- ButterMeat. Named for the fact that it melts in your mouth like butter. Funny thing, the meat is actually VERY healthy and lacks the bad fat of butter. If you enjoy burgers.. I highly recommend giving Burger Palace a try. You will walk away amazed at how good the burgers are. I live 3 hours away and can't wait to eat here again on my next visit to Houston.

    Best Burger I Ever Ate!!

    Provided by

My husband and I have eaten burgers from Anchorage, Alaska all the way down to Crystal Beach, Texas. We both agreed...these are the best burgers we've had so far! ANYWHERE! The burgers are huge and after I got about halfway through mine (Napa Valley) I started feeling a little stuffed. The meat is so fresh and flavorful I found myself pulling the meat out of the burger to finish it off before I got too full. My husband had no trouble finishing his (Swiss Bacon Blue) as he is a true burger professional; he moaned all the way through the burger and I could tell he was hoping he'd never reach that last bite. We also shared sweet potato fries and opted to try two of the more unique shakes, roasted pineapple and toasted almond. The shakes were absolute heaven!! We both agreed as we walked out the door that we couldn't wait to come back.

    The Best Hamburger in Houston

    Provided by

After meeting the Owner at a local networking event, I decided to stop in and check out the hamburgers she was telling me were the best in Houston. 100% Kobe Beef hamburgers was advertised on the menu and they were absolutely to die for! Moist and flavorful with just the right garnishments made this the best burger I have ever eaten, bar none! You have to check this place out!

BEST BURGERS AND FRIES in HOUSTON!

    Provided by

They have the best burgers and fries in the city! Their fries are completely addictive. And their burgers are just cooked right. Their burgers are made of American kobe beef, which is the best meat in the market. The taste is just amazing! I’ve been coming to this place at least 3 times a month. I highly recommend it.

    Worth It!

    Provided by

My wife and I sat down for a nice dinner. We started out with falafel and it was the first time either one of us had ever had it. It was great and now we're a falafel fan. The burgers were juicy and the fries were crunchy like crinkle fries. The chef came out and introduced himself to us. I asked how did they get the fries so crunchy and he said they fry them in peanut oil. Very friendly staff and great service. The food was awesome and we will be back!

    BEST BURGER EVERRR!!!

    Provided by

I tried this place the other day and was questioning the place after I read some reviews but my friend told me about and he said i just had to try it despite some of the bad reviews. So I decided to come in during lunch. As soon as I walked in the first thing I noticed was the warm inviting decor. And then I was greeted by an enthusiastic server. I ordered the Down Under just because it seemed like an explosion of flavor with the pineapple, fried egg, and beets. I also got the french fries tossed with rosemary and parmesan. It took about 10 min to get my order so not too long at all. When I got my burger all I could think was this burger is HUGE. The french fries came with this roasted red pepper aioli and I could never get enough of the aioli it was delish. The burger was OUTSTANDING it just blew my mind with the explosion of flavor. The service was always prompt and on the ball. Big Kudos to this place. The American Kobe beef makes a huge difference and lets just say that I will be back again. Big Kudos to this place.

    The food was awesome

i went in to the Burger Palace on the 17 on September the place was spotless. I don't know about you but that is the first thing I look at in a new place I eat is the floor and the decor. Everything looked really nice. Plus they this new tech-o type of music that quit pleasant not to load. I had the Kabob chicken wrap It was superb. It came with hummus and Pita. Fabulous the severs were right on time with every thing. I could not have asked for better service. My waiter was very attentive and there to answer any question. All in all A very good experience.

    American Classic

    Provided by

YUM YUUUUUM!!!! This burger was huge and cooked just the way we wanted it. I shared it with a friend; there's no way I could eat a whole one myself. The flavors were awesome; the staff is friendly and welcoming. What a great dining experience!! We also had the parmesan/rosemary french fries. Talk about addictive! Next time you are in the Galleria area, definitely check out the Burger Palace. And if you don't care for burgers they have some gorgeous salads and sides to suit other tastes.

    Super Slow Service

    Provided by

We went for dinner last night - there were only 3-4 other tables occupied, with a manager and waitstaff. We had to ask for the drinks and menu. I was noticing how painfully slow it was for the other customers to get service. The waiter was nice, but could not focus on getting out items timely. The manager did not do anything to help with the slow service.\r \r Burgers were ok, nothing outstanding. Would eat there again but for take out and build in at least a 1/2 hour cushion for pick up.

    I WON""T BE BACK!!!!

    Provided by

OMG!!! There were 2 other tables occupied when our party of 4 walked in for lunch. We received water and shakes rather quickly. After 35 minutes of waiting, we finally received our fries -- who wants to eat the fries w/o the burger. By the way, we ordered the parmesan & rose mary fries. These were regular orida fries w/grated parmesan and 2 shakes of rosemary for $5! After 45 minutes of waiting, the waiter dropped one order on the floor, and delivered 2 of 4 -- so two of us have no food. the guy at the table next to us returned his meal b/c the chicken was not DONE! as i looked around, about half of the people who arrived after us were EATING! HELLO!!!!! I still had not received my burger. we asked for ketchup, and finally after 10 minutes, I just went and retrieved the ketchup from the back. After we spoke w/the manager, she offered the remaining 2 meals to go. No thanks, you still have to COOK THEM!!!!! I have to get back to work! They were not even ready to be boxed up to go. Needless to say, they gave us coupons for the free shakes we ordered and she still tried to give us a bill for $40 -- GTFOHWTBS! So we ended up paying for the 2 burgers they did deliver and 1 order of fries that was eaten -- and that was far too much!!! then she had the audacity to ask me what building did we work in -- ""WHY?? WE WON'T BE BACK!!!"" I had to stop at Whataburger on the way back to work!

We arrived for lunch and were seated immediately. We placed our order, and then . . . . . . nothing. After 20 minutes we flagged down the waiter and begged for our drinks. 3 of 4 finally arrived. We flagged him down again for the 4th drink. No refills. Glasses empty. The burgers finally arrived, but without the coleslaw which came as part of the lunch special. The cook had not been informed to make it. In addition, the fries showed up long after the burgers were gone and one of our party had left because he had to go to work. The place stayed relatively full but there was no line. I asked if some of the waitstaff was missing that day, but it seems that the one waiter and the manager is all there is. The food was relatively good (not outstanding, but good). The staff, although very friendly, was completely overwhelmed. They seemed so harried that we were shy to ask for anything, even water and drink refills that were never offered. We'll go back in a month to see if the service improves.
