Sutton Pools Inc.

My husband and I are in the market to sell our house. We had service with another pool company in Houston and we were not satisfied with the service we were receiving from them. We called Mr. Sutton with Sutton Pools and asked if he could come out and speak with us concerning a few issues we were having with the (now previous) pool guy. When Mr. Sutton came out we explained to him that we were going to be selling our home in March of 07 and would like to get the heater fixed. We told him we had asked our previous pool guy to fix it and we were told by him it wasn't fixable or would cost the same amount of money to fix as it would to replace it. We had a couple other issues and explained those to Mr. Sutton as well. After talking to him we decided to hire him instead of our other pool service provider to fix our problems and continue to care for our pool until we sold the house. Mr. Sutton had our heater up and running in a matter of 10 minutes. He told us the problem was a loose wire and the heater was actually in great shape. He saved us almost 3000 dollars right off the bat. He was able to repair other parts to our pool we were told would have to be replaced as well. We used Sutton Pools now and could not be more happy with the service he and his company provides. He is an honest business man and treats us with respect. They are on-time for all their appointments and they communicates very frequently with us on the condition of our pool and it's specific needs. We are very pleased to be customers of Sutton Pools and would recommend them to any of our friends and family. Thanks Doug.
