Superior Almeda Car Wash

I took my flooded car to this location, even though the car wash it self had lots damage due to the hurricane, they took care of me and cleaned my car and sent me home happy!

This place is by far the worst service for the price. I took a recently purchased Jaguar to have hand done as I didn't have the time to take it to my usual detailer. That was a big mistake. Hand wash and wax is not what you expect and I left vehicle there thinking it would be at least a couple hours but from the looks of it ,it probably took them 30 minutes. I had to reset my side mirrors as the Jack @$$ that worked on it forcefully closed them not knowing you turn off the car and they fold in themselves. Interior wasn't cleaned as you would expect. Exterior had smudges and looked unprofessional in how the detailed it..

I went to this car wash on Sunday, 8/24 and was yet again after my better judgment disappointed with the level of service and unprofessionalism from the employees and the manager as well. There was no one to direct vehicles leaving the car wash exit line, as I was pinned in between car in front and behind my vehicle, employee finally came running in back of my car and started beating on my trunk with his hand over ten times yelling at me to move my car. I was stunned and horrified that this idiot was yelling and beating on my car like a wild beast. Needless to say I gave him a piece of my mind, then the mgr came running over to my car telling me it was my fault that I didn't move my vehicle. The manager was clearly a crack head after I asked him for the owners name and nbr., his reply was I don't know. Then he started making some lame reference to the fact the employees at Walmart don't know who owns that company. Very hostile, unprofessional and uneducated people who work there. I guess trash goes hand in hand at Superior(TRASH) Almeda car wash. I give this company a big fat F-

Some people of this place can be deemed unprofessional. Don’t take me wrong, the manager is trying to control the people; however the provided service most of the time is poor. Many times when my car is dirty, coming from a trip (full of bugs, mosquitoes etc), I pick the HAND WASH. As my car is an SUV I have to pay a minimum 60$, which is ok by me, but at the end the car is still dirty. When I complained, to one of the guys – looks like the assistant to the manager – he replied “sorry we did the best that we could do”!!!!!

The other day - week day – I bought a 45$ service and at the end they didn’t clean the lower parts of the left side doors along with the rear door. Unfortunately I didn’t have the time to check my car at the spot, but I did notice it 10 minutes later at my house. When I drove my car back to the place to complain to the same guy, in order to clean the missing spots and I tried to say that my time is really valuable, for having to drive my car twice there to receive the proper service, and in this case I rather prefer not to come back to this car wash place, his answer was “I DON’T CARE”!!!!!

they have horrible horrible customer service very rude people working for them my windows r always nastier coming out the car wash then before i went into to get my vehicle cleaned very disappointed in the service and rude people they have working there but i guess rude and nasty go together
