Summerwood Self Storage

I had my furniture and clothes in there for two years. I recently went there to take it all out and oh, surprise. A rat and a mouse had made a home out of my furniture. Can you imagine the smell and all the damage made to my furniture and clothes? I had to throw mattresses away and most of my children's clothes. No insurance covers that. The only thing they sale is a space to put things away, can't they keep it rat free? The lady in front of my space had the exact same issue so, it's not just me. Now I have no beds and my kids will have to sleep in inflatable beds for a while. Shame on them!
