After seeing the other reviews here, I called for an appointment. Darcy doesn't accept new clients, but Lynn does - and she's fabulous! I brought her a picture and asked what she thought about it on me (she's the professional afterall!). She loved it, so we cut off 12 inches for donation. She matched the picture perfectly and agreed to my request for a change on the bangs to better suite me. She provided lots of desired consultation on care and styling of my horribly fine hair, from techniques to products. I was thrilled with the hair cut, and amazed by the care she took with every detail of the cut. She checked for evenness often. She didn't twist my head around or make me hold it at uncomfortable positions. She took a lot of time with my cut because it has a lot of really thin sections that have to be the same general length but purposely cut to be jagged. This is the type of cut that a cheap place with an untalented or inexperienced person could royally screw up. It could have easily been screwed up by someone who was rushing. But Lynn is fabulous! I have a million-dollar-movie-star-worthy cut! My husband even said the cut makes me look thinner! And that is saying something because he was oh so sad to see a foot of hair get cut off. I'd go back to Lynn in a heart beat! I went in the mid-afternoon, and there was plenty of parking too. Lynn was ready for me promptly at my appointment time as well. Oh, and coolest thing ever - I received an automated appointment reminder call a day or two before hand! If you are thinking about it, look at the rest of these reviews. I went solidly based on what they had to say, and I was not disappointed. I hadn't heard of this place before city search.
