Worst Apartment Ever. I was staying over here for more than 2 years. They will never give you the deposit back, they will just give fake reasons to take your money. Warning: Never go there after. They just want your money in every way from towing to taking away deposit.

I have this A/C Unit issue since day one and I have been complaining about this. Recently, it was a limit. The A/C guy show up in the apartment without seeking our permission to enter. This didn't happen first time, a decent man knocks the door and request the entry. Secondly, he didn't do his job right at first and on his second visit he was mad. What are you mad for Ac guy? this is your job, if you don't like it leave it. What is that horrible attitude for? Before I forget, I doubt their competency in doing work. At the same time, I also had requested Fridge issue, smart guy turn the fridge to 9 (top) setting. Next day, my veggies and other perishable food turn into rock solid and then wasted. Most disgrace was he said we are lying, We don't have anything to lie to you if you don't have knowledge and experience it's is your problem not mine. I just had a word with manager he sound nice man to me. But other office staff are completely different. Property is good. Indo-pak community very friendly and nice people that made this community better place or else vice versa. Apartment over all is ok, closets and kitchen are small. Parking issue is the biggest. Rent is going crazy high.

Its been over a month and i am getting some one else application status on my email. I have emailed more then 4 times to this company regarding application doesn't belong to me. still they have send me the status of the application to me. under the Identity theft this company has not taken any steps to protect the identity of the tenant's application. I am feeling bad for all the tenants who live at this place if their identity is safe or not. Its my humble request to every one to take care of this else your identity is at risk.

I am living here in Stancliff Apartment since last 2 years. The best part is the maintenance team. I experienced that they have best apartments in Houston Texas within a budget.. This is best place for living, i have not face any problem yet by the staff member or in maintenance all services are good at affordable price. Even, i would like to suggest my friends to move here.

My living experience in rent apartments in Houston Texas at Stancliff Park is awesome. I am living here from six months and I didn’t faced any problem regarding security, neighborhoods, electricity and noise. Society is very excellent. People are helping in nature. I am satisfied with the services they are offering at their apartments for rent in Houston tx.

At Stancliff Apartments I am living on rent apartments since 7 months, the apartments are really nice. Neighborhood is good and helpful. Airy living rooms are design. This is like my dream come true of living a luxurious life at exotic destination. They offered wonderful amenities for family and children.

I loved this apartment great location to live. I am living here from last two years. I really liked the kitchen and rooms are very spacious. Stancliff apartments has good with some other features like swimming pools, Fitness center for adults, party hall and its very near to Texas medical center. The apartment was comfortable you got everything which is necessary for an apartment. I recommend everybody to try this apartment services.

I live here at Stancliff Apartment with my family and want to mention that the staff personals are active and hardworking. Our children’s love to participate in the events and activities scheduled on regular basis. Recently they have changed the new washers in apartments. I would say that we are the happiest person to live in this apartment with essential security. This is the ideal place to live in our budget.
