Sears Appliance and Hardware Store

My wife and I went in to this store to buy a front-loading washer and dryer, and decided on a Kenmore that was marked down because it was being discontinued. Free delivery and installation, but the young lady that was in the department told us "There are still some in the warehouse. If you want to wait they will probably come down in price". So we did. We returned a week later, and the machines were now each $10 MORE than when we first went in. And surprise! No more in stock, no delivery and no installation (oh, we could PAY for install, but still no delivery - strap them on top of our Maxima, I guess). "So let me get this straight", I asked, "Floor model that is dented, no delivery, pay for installation and $10 more than last week?" Wow! What a great deal! Needless to say we walked out and went to Best Buy where we got a BETTER set of machines for $100 less, pedestals for $99 each, FREE delivery and hookup. Better deal all around! Thanks again Sears - you once again saved me money!
