Well, I'd like to say I could review this place based on service, however, after the following exchange, all I can do is say, don't bother:
Me: hi, our old groomers closed and we're looking for a new groomer, can you tell me about the business and groomer.
person on phone: um...well...um...I've been doing this for 10 years! (first in a confused tone, then defensive).
me: oh, ok, great, so your the owner
me: can you tell me about your work?
owner: like I said I'm the owner.
me: ok, bye
thoughts: why on earth do you think you'll ever get a customer with this defensive attitude? I hope your business fails. bye.
