We've used Sam's twice now, once for Homecoming and once for Prom. We had great service both times. The drivers were very professional, on time, and were great with the kids. Hussein, our Prom driver was awesome! He calmed a frantic mom (me) , waited by the doors for the kids so they wouldn't have to go searching for him, and was very pleasant for the entire 8 hour job. I highly recommend this company and will definately use them again.

Horrible, very rude and not refined service

In a bussines, when the manager or owner is rude (screams and insults customers), every worker from the top down will be the same way. This is their case. I never write reviews, but I was so upset with their service, that I had to prevent other people.

Tailgating with party bus

I found Sam's online and booked a party bus for the Texans/Browns game. Kara (sales rep) promised me a nice bus and got us what they call ""The Mega"" party bus. It had to be the coolest limo I've been in. There were 20 of us and there was still room. We had the best time before and after the game. Thanks to Kara and our driver.

Okay i am going to try and refrain from cursing but if i slip i apoligize. I reserved a limo, canceled and was still charged the full price. Not only that they charged my credit card without authorization. Have you ever seen the capital one credit card commercials where the russian guy (peggy)answeres the phone and he is of no real help. This is exactly what their customer service is like. No help, they wont return calls, no one of authority to contact, nothing. Basically i paid over a thousand dollars for a huge headache. This is simply the worst place i have ever dealt with. I would rather walk a thousand miles barefoot before i would recommend this place to someone.

Limo FAIL

The place rented me a bus for my wedding party that they KNEW would not cool down. I realized this after my experience and noting when I was in their office renting the limo in the first place. While signing the paperwork to rent the sauna-mobile, the manager (Will) was trying to explain to a driver on the proper way to cool a bus. One of which was don't turn the blowers on high which my driver did. The other thing I was so frustrated about was the driver kept the door open while we were outside of the church taking pictures. I am not an HVAC expert but I don't think that helped. In my heart of hearts I think he was trying to fight global warming for the mildly cold air I paid for. Sam's knew this was a wedding party and withheld information about the condition of their asset and how it would correlate to my situation. I.e. the bus won't cool and you will be in full attire that might not be ideal. Nonetheless, if the people at Sam's would have been upfront and told me that the bus would be hot this post wouldn't exist. Of course they didn't so my entire wedding party sweated (girls hate that) waiting for me and my bride to wrap up pictures and then the drive to the reception. DO NOT rent from this company. After 3 calls to get a manager on the phone I fairly asked for 50% off the total receipt. I figured that would cover gas and overhead for the 1 hour out of five I actually used the bus (5 hr minimum). Karen offered me a 1 hour refund and begin the spill of record heat and that her BMW wouldn't cool down that weekend (I don't draw the line of thinking between my 4 wheeled-sauna and her car). BTW, this review voids my ability to get my one hour, once I threatened a bad review she stated the only way she would give me 1 hour back is if I signed a document barring me from writing this post. hmmmm who needs such letters at the ready??? Oh and to boot the driver couldn't find his way from the church to the reception, both of which are located downtown prolonging the ordeal of hotness. Of course that delayed everything and CAUSED PROBLEMS with my videographer and photographer. My guests were confused and hungry. In lieu of the 20% refund I decided that the odds of someone forgoing to conduct business due to my review would be the best way to get my money back. I consider this a PSA of sorts there is Smokey the Bear and me. The purveyor of warning wedding parties about a company that was not forth coming to me about their buses on one of the most important days of my life or the one where you want sweat the least. 2 take aways, don't drive a BMW on a hot day and definitely don't rent from this company. I guess if you rented from them in the month of January maybe a tad into February you will be fine.

I booked Sam's Limo for my daughter's Senior Prom. She has Down's Syndrome and was attending with 2 of her class mates plus friends and chaperones. I initially totally messed up the booking and got the wrong day! Will, at Sam's Limo rescued the day for me and got me a car (even though they were fully booked!) at the same incredible price! The car was beautiful, the driver courteous and treated the kids so well. My daughter felt like a Princess!! I cannot thank them enough.. Great company and awesome customer service.. Thank you Will and Joe for giving our kids a night to remember..

I rented the limocoach bus for my prom and we all had a rockin time and my driver David was awesome!!! He was very polite and knew exactly where he was going. The Stereo System was unbelievable and I would recommend this company to anyone.. See ya next year for the prom that counts.. Thanks Ya'air.

Great Party Bus...Great Party!\r \r We rented the party bus for prom. It was absolutely awesome. Everyone in our group will remember that night for a long, long time! The music system and lights were kewl! The driver was fun, too. We will rent this bus again next year for sure.
