Very good pizza. Having fresh garlic bread with dipping oil was a surprise while we waited on the pizza. Had the "Big Italian". Cheese was wonderful and really liked the sliced Italian sausage it had. Yum! Observed other's orders, and the pasta dishes looked really good-LARGE servings.

This has to be one of the worst ever, especially from reading the other reviews. I mean to pay $17 for a calzone and cannoli ... that's a ""STFU"" moment .... Anyways I ordered online and used my coupon code on that website from the email. I get there they have the nerve to say my total is $17 and they charged me a whole dollar extra and for whatever cost my coupon code cost me. I didn't plan to pay this much and didn't have the money in my account for it. They didn't even call and say well hey this isn't going to be valid bring some extra money with you. I took a long walk there and got that message, I had to go somewhere else and eat, they clearly don't like customers.

I ordered lunch for the Executives and after reading the menu and the descriptions, they all turned into little kids asking when the pizza was going to arrive.\r \r I had no idea they were a franchise and a #1 franchise for 2011 according to their web page.\r \r They left a few slicesof for me, and it was a real treat. In fact, I started a pizza binge. I forgot how good a coal-fired pizza could be.\r \r NEW YORK VILLAGE\r 15.95\r 20.95\r \r Pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, black olives, bell peppers, Canadian bacon, hamburger, mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce\r \r \r MULBERRY SPECIAL\r 14.95\r 18.95\r \r Italian sausage, pepperoni, canadian bacon, hamburger, mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce\r \r \r MANHATTAN SPECIAL\r 14.95\r 18.95\r \r Thinly sliced hot Italian sausage, bell peppers, onions, mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce\r \r \r

Absolutely terrible food. It always smells and i am tired of the bad service. There is never any pizza and i am always waiting more than the waiting time. This is supposed to be like pizza from New York but this is a crappy impostor of a real pizza shop. This restaurant fails at making pizza. I'd rather go to McDonalads and get a pizza. Better yet I'd rather go to sushi niko and get a pizza. The food is terrible.

the buffalo wings are nasty, they taste like regular fried chicken with no flavor ,the pizza dough has a dry taste no flavor in the dough, very expensive and its not worth it for what you pay for. Ci Ci pizza taste 100 times better.

I thought this was over-rated and over-priced. I've tried this place twice. The first time with family and they completely forgot my individual slice after ordering over $50 of food and I was starving... was offered a dessert. The second time, I went for lunch. They have lunch specials for $6.95 plus tax on one large slice plus cup of soup or salad, and * no drink. By adding a drink, would've had come close to $10 for non gourmet lunch! The slice of pizza was not so good... I think they had the cheese pizza ready and just added the toppings then put it into the oven for few minutes so it didn't taste very fresh. I gave it a second chance and it failed to change my mind about this place. I will not be going back nor would I recommend it unless you're okay with paying high dollars for average tasting pizza with spotty service.

the place looks good for a pizza store, the food on the other hand is over rated, we had a pizza and a pasta dish, the chicken parmesan is not what I had in mind, I'm sure the mirenara sauce came out of a can \r the pizza had good cheese but the crust is not', no flavor. And it dosn't taste like New York.
