Retreat Of Clear Lake

Roaches, thin walls, thick gummy paint, squeaky floors, they put my washer and dryer connections IN my 'walk in' closet therefore making it no longer a walk in not to mention the door is so small my 'standard' washer an dryer wont even fit through the door!! Terrible place to live!! Management is very very rude. I came to them 30 min after signing my lease and told them I no longer wanted it they basically said screw you your stuck. Neighbors are loud. All around terrible place to live

There were lots of kids everywhere running around all over the complex & parking lot. You'd start thinking that it was a daycare center. If you have children, this would be a place for them to make friends, but if you don't have any, this is definitely not the place for you. In the year that I leased my apt, maintenance was EXCELLENT...3 of the 4 times I asked for their assistance. (I never got my toilet re-caulked) The 24hr maintenance- FANTASTIC!! I only had my problem for maybe 30-45mins before they showed up. All in all, the main reason I'm not staying is the kids & other noisy tenants.
