        IF YOU HAVE NEVER READ OR FOLLOWED A REVIEW PLEASE DO SO WITH THIS ONE AS WELL AS READ THE REVIEW POSTED PRIOR TO MINE.. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!! IT IS SO NOT WORTH IT .. I WAS ABOUT TO BECOME A RESIDENT BUT THE BULL THEY HAVE PUT ME THRU JUST FROM APPLYING I WOULD NEVER WANT TO LIVE HERE.. IF YOU WANT A SCAM RAN ON YOU, MONEY STOLEN, RUDE SERVICE, TO CALL AND GET HUNG UP ON AND FOR CORPORATE TO BE THE SAME WAY THEN BY ALL MEANS THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.. THEY JUST DECIDED TO TRY TO SCHEME THE WRONG ONE THIS TIME AND I WONT LET THEM… I APPLIED ON 2/6 AND THEY HAVE YET TO CASH MY MONEY ORDERS THE GIRL SAMANTHA I BELIEVE THAT’S HER NAME BASICALLY TOLD ME THEY POCKET THE MONEY ORDERS ESPECIALLY FROM THOSE WHO ARE DENIED.. AND THEY PULL EVERY TRICK OUT OF THE BOOK TO TRY AND DENY YOU! THEY ARE RUDE AND I KNOW THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM AND POCKETING APPLICANTS AS WELL AS RESIDENTS MONEY.. I HAVE ALSO REPORTED THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND I WILL CONTINUE TO WRITE REVIEWS AND REPORT THEM UNTIL THEY STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE… PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE THERE ARE WAY BETTER MORE RESPECTFUL AND HONEST COMPLEXES THAT DESERVE YOUR MONEY AND WILL DO WHAT THEY SHOULD WITH IT…

        Roach infested! Just moved in ( furniture no food yet) and after 8 hours, guess who dropped by to give me a little house warming surprise! I am using Ortho Max to fight them and maintenance should be by to spray later on in the week. Its a nice apartment for the most part, a few issues with cabinets(old, particle board) and bathrooms could definitely use an upgrade, but it has high vaulted ceilings and a fireplace.:) I don't want to leave, but if I cant get the roaches under control, I will have to break my lease. I can only go so long with sleeping with one eye open while holding my pump action bug spray anticipating if they are creeping in closer with the shadows. On a lighter note, the ladies are great, friendly, and express a deep concern for my current situation.
