The online ordering system is very flawed; I've been waiting on my order for over 2 hours now, calling the number provided only to be constantly routed to a call center. I've called seven time and no one can resolve my issue and I am told repeatedly that it will take 15-20 minutes to get a callback from a supervisor/manager with no one calling me back. There is no direct number to the store that can be given to me; the last rep I spoke with had to send a message directly to the store but is not sure if a store rep will be calling me back or not. Total cost of my order $50.18; food received 0; time waiting 2 hours: 7 minutes as of now. Poor system. Very poor. I do not recommend anyone order from Pizza Hut with this new system in place, I wish I could give negative stars for this review.
