the waitress asked me if everything was alright as she was walking pass me without making eye contact. Just as well cause I would have been tempted to tell her that I wanted Mex-Tex Enchiladas but why this Meat wrapped in a White Flour tortilla with chili con queso cheese spread over themn and what may have been Canned chili con carne.on top? I commented to who appeared to be the Manager at the cash register. He told me there are different Enchildas but seemed sure of himself that I was served the "Mex-Tex". I grew up in Houston eating some very fine Tex-Mex enchiladas at El Fenix, El Felix, El Patio, Monterrey House and today know of some restaurants that make very good ones. Why even Pancho's (Mexican Buffett) knows which one is the Mex-Tex.
