Good luck trying to schedule an appointment! I called on a Mon, March 12th to schedule an appointment for Thurs., April 12th. I needed a late appointment due to my work schedule. The girl who answered the phone (I say girl because she certainly didn't have the maturity of a woman) told me she hadn't opened up her book for April appointments yet and I needed to call back. I asked her if she could please make a note for herself of my request for the date & time and she said she couldn't ("wouldn't" is more the truth) and I'd have to call back. I asked her when she would have her appointment book open for April appointments and she said on Saturday (March 17th). As they open at 10 a.m. I told her I would call back at that time. I had time during my lunch break today (March 15) so I thought I'd call and hopefully get someone else who might actually care about providing good customer service. No luck. Well, when I gave her the same day and time preference this time, she told me all she had was 10:30 am. When I asked for an explanation of how this could have happened and reminded her of our conversation on Monday, all she would say was "All I have is a 10:30 appointment." I reworded my question 2 more times and got the exact same response. I asked to speak with the manager. Of course, she was not there and the girl didn't know when she would be back. The 4th time I asked for an explanation of the misinformation I was given on Monday I added that if she didn't give me a real answer that I would add yet another negative review about the salon on Yelp and that I was sure one of the negative reviews was already about her. This time she said the manager handles the appointment book but she schedules the appointments. Huh?! If the front desk person represents what you can expect when you actually do get an appointment - no thanks! I would have given them no star but it wasn't an option.
