I had an apointment for the excavation of all 4 wisdom teeth with thia dentistry. When asked if I could be preganant,I told the dentist assistant I did not know. At that point I was instructed to do a pregnancy test. The first stick I was given was defective and didn't produce any results. Keep in mind I have been NPO since midnight, so I already have very little urine in my bladder already. Since the first test was defective, I used all the urine in my bladder at this point. I was then instructed to take another test, however, I had no more urine left. I sat there for 3 hrs waiting to be seen by Dr. Orfano because they refused to do the surgery without the test being confirmed. One of the associates [older one with grey hair] went into the trash to get the defective test out. Basically calling me a liar. They then after having me wait longer, wouldn't let me test my own urine. The assistant had to test my pee which is an invasion of privacy. Never have I ever been so poorly treated just to get teeth removed. I am definitely going to report this establishment. Nor will i recommend them to anyone. They are friendl, but only in a passisve aggressive way. Privacy rights and unprofessional behavior should never be tolerated

The staff is friendly and patient. I am very dentist phobic and they were able to put me at ease quickly. The doctor seemed to really listen to my concerns and was able to address all my emergency needs faster than I thought possible. I had impacted wisdom teeth removed, an abscessed molar removed, and bone grafting all in the same visit. I will return without hesitation if I need an implant or further dental work. The office is clean and inviting, and even the receptionists are polite and helpful.

Wow! What a great place!! The staff is friendly, personable, and knowlegeable. Dr. Metz was great. If we had to do it all over, this is where we'd go.

I was nervous having to be referred to a surgeon to have a tooth removed. The staff and Doctors made me feel at ease and the whole experience was easier than I thought it would be . I would recommend this practice to anyone in need of a surgeon.

I was recently in this office for treatment. The entire staff was the friendliest I've seen in a very long time. It's not common these days to find a doctor's office that takes the time to show you they care. I would recommend them highly!
