The prices are reasonable and it has everything you need for your baby.

Went in there for the first time.I was NOT greeted at the

door,instead everyone just looked

at me I had to greet them!...Second of all being my 1st time they didnt explain anything to me.The employee helping out gave me an attitude after telling her I was not gonna sell anything.At that time I asked for a manager and owner which happen to be there.I told him about my bad experience and pin pointed the horrible customer service his store offers.He kindly offered and appology.I also mentioned to him all the bad reviews online are obviously true.All the staff dont seem friendly at all. Dont waste your time going there! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THEIR PROBLEM!!!

This store has a great selection of quality chilren and infantwear at great prices. Highly recommend.

I had and always have a wondeful experience with Once Upon A child.The employess there are always helpful and know their products they sell. I have sold to them before and if I have any questions they are more than willing to answer. The play are is helpful for us single parents that can't get a babysitter. The girls always have a smile om their face and I am always greeted at the door and that is what is important. Thank you

The Mom that went into this shop and rated them as Exceptional got lucky. I would not reccomend this place for a mother, grandmother, aunt, friend or any other resale shopper. My experiance with the Willowbrook store on FM1960 was not good at all. I went into the store to sell some of my items and was treated very poorly. There are so many other resale shops to buy from that you don't even need to waist your time. Mom's already don't have time so we don't need to be bothered by disappointing experiances like the one I had at this store. Was treated like I was not even there. If your buying I am sure they will treat you right because they want your money! But go to sell your clothes and I promise you wont have a good experiance at all. I wont go into major details because I am sure there is not enough room on this form to do that. All I can say to other mother's is two things One, don't waist your time and second don't do business here and sooner or later they will not be able to stay in business. I can name lot's of shops that are good and will treat you with the up most respect you deserve. I have emailed them about my experiance and I am sure I wont here back from them.
