O W Wiley Mortuary

When looking at the reviews and only one in over 3 years I get the impression people don't want to badmouth a funeral home. I was in the process of sending flowers for a coworkers family member who had the misfortune of being serviced at this establishment. The staff manning (or womanning) the phones were very offputting. I had a few questions regarding floral delivery time, process, etc... she talked to me like I was asking her if she was from Mars. these were simple questions but I felt as if I were bothering her asking questions. if the phone person (first contact) is so bad, give me a box and a hole and I'll bury myself rather than deal with these people. Common courtesy, compassion, good communication are valuable traits in an industry that is fast changing from traditional to the new way of death disposal. Was gonna order flowers thru the funeral home, when I finished my conversation I did not want them to have a cut of the order so I went FROM their site to a flower site.

Recently my husband was buried at O W Wiley Funeral home and everyone was so helpful and paid close attention to my family needs and for that I thank everyone. Ms. Johnson
