Not Good!!!

I work close to this Pizzeria so I have given them a few chances. The pizza is okay and they usually serve it right away because its premade, they just add the toppings and reheat it. If you order anything other than the pizza you had better not be on your lunch hour. Twice I have ordered lunch specials (not pizza) and waited over an hour to get my food. The first time I waited for an hour to get my lunch special, the food was cold and the pasta sauce was watered down, my coworker order Tortellini soup that was nothing but broth so she sent it back and they acted offeneded. The second time I waited for over an hour and then asked them to refund my money because I had to go back to work, they refused and told me they were packing my order to go and they were giving me extra bread for the long wait. Extra Bread, WOW thanks, I asked for my money back and they just ignored the request! I got back to work and they had given me eggplant, I had ordered and paid for chicken parmesan. There are many places that are much better at Pizza, pasta and customer service.
