My experience with the employee was horrific! I spoke with a young guy to help me with my scooter and all he talked about was traffic problems, and other personal unprofessional information I did not care to hear. Mr. Joel Perez made all kinds of excuses as to why could not return my call after more than four times I called him. Mr. Perez needs to be fired because of his lack of unprofessionalism towards his customers along with his ability to over talk his customers and not wanting to listen to his customers. He needs training I how to handle customers in a service oriented environment. Thank you.
