MZX Superior Car Wash

Went to Mzx Superior Car Wash today which is taken by the new administration. The new staff, clean outdoors and renovated lobby gave me really good feeling. The cashier was very nice and the staff took really good care of my car. Bathrooms were clean. Seating was also kept in accordance of social distancing. I like the place. Will go there again.

The worst experience for the second or for the third time
Ramiro is not a people person. He yelled at me Knowing he was wrong. Charged me 60 bucks and didn't do everything they said would and what 60 dollars was paying

Stay away from this place..i took my car there i bought the superior package for 25.99 and it end up as dirty as before...scammers.

I spent $35.00 and my truck is still dirty! I mean there is still dirt on it. I purchased the ultimate superior package for $30. Paid the extra $5 for armor all. I had to get a manager to show him the dirt on my bumper an tires. He said that the owner told them not to clean those. Or he would clean them for an extra $7. I've been a happy customer since 2007. This used to be a great carwash, but now they are just scammers! I will be making a complaint with the BBB, and disputing the charge with my credit card company!

I come here at the least twice a week,I really love the New manager Steve(Name is on his shirt,hope he's not wearing someone elses shirt that day)He is always helpful,polite and just down right friendly!As for the inside,I really like the new blond cashire,she brings a bright new feel to the place,the other cashire...well I can't believe they keep her she is the most negative person I have ever met,twice I have been in there and had her either tell me personally or had to over hear her say how cheap the owner is,how she only makes $8.50 per hour after years of service and gets no lunch nor breaks(Witch is against the TWC laws)She has so much personal drama to talk about in the 3 minuets or so I am in there! It really makes me want to go else where!But the manager and the guys that detail my truch are AWESOME!!Always have a perfectly clean truck!

I trully am not sure why the other reviews are talking about because ive seen the manager, the owner and ALL of their employees in action every single time i go there and not just with me but also with other clients at the time that ive visited. I have never been let down and have sent my family and friends to this place of business and the have all been pleased. I would recomend this carwash to anyone and would say to people that have had problems here that they need to be responsible for checking their vehicles instead of blaming people that are trying to earn a decent living.

Almost every time we go here everything comes out perfect. The few times it wasn't perfect, they went above and beyond to make it right! A great place to go!

Superior Car Wash went under new management. The new manager is way more friendly then the last. He has great offers everyday. I go there on a weekly basis and i have never been disappointed.

Stay away from this car wash !!! I took my van there and ended up with a large scratch down the full drivers side of my vehicle. When I called them to tell them about my experience they said keep the receipt and come back in. Which is exactly what I did and they said, "oh, no we don't have any equipment that would do that, we only have "soft cloths"". I asked about the plastic rollers that dry the cars, and the response was "oh they are pressurized and wouldn't do that". YES THEY WOULD, IN FACT THEY DID, and stay away from this car wash !!!

We brought our Chevy Silverado today for the Platinum Service but I recommend you go elsewhere. They were suppose to vacuum everywhere but when we got home found dirt and grass under the seats and when we pulled the bucketrseat forward there was dirt there too. They were supposed to shampoo the seats and carpets and now we are wondering if that really happened. Chrome still had dirt on it even after a wash and wax job. I highly recommend taking your vehicles elsewhere... we paid $104 for this platinum service and received a $50 service. .
