        We have always used the Mr Handyman services for our home repairs. Last year we had some drywall work done on a seam that was cause by Hurricane Ike. We noticed around the last week of March 2014 that the crack was back. My husband called before the year was up,(on the invoice in bold print, states a 1 year warranty on work done) and was told by employee that he will have to call new owner to see what he wants to do. Received a call back stating that new owner purchased business, not the liability. My husband and I were disappointed due to lack of honesty and integrity. The warranty should be honored no matter what...it is good customer service and most importantly, it is the right thing to do.We are contacting the BBB, the Cinco Ranch Community website and any other publication that we can to warn them about new owner not honoring warranty for work performed while owned by previous owner. So BEWARE !!
