The worst place!

The staff was ok; but the service, the time waiting and unprofessional ism from the DOCTOR is really really bad. We got a physical, we waited like four hours to get it done, we had to come back for some shots but they didn't have them all; we had to get one of the shot somewhere else! We waited for a week to get the full results that we thought were done... There wasn't ready, we were told that the Dr. was going to call the POLiCE on us because all we needed was our results! We paid up from and on the top of all that the Dr. Didn't want to face us... DO NOT waste your time and money with this Dr. Bharat Gandhi.

I would no t recommend this clinic to no one. The MD Bharat Gandhi owner is more concerned on making money not your health. as a business owner wouldnt you? But when it comes to one's health what is really the price your willing to pay? He is a good Dr dont get me wrong but his management and people skills stink.If you dont know how to manage your insurance dont waste you time or money going here. first you'll get sick of waiting too long in the lobby, you'll be brought back to the room where youll wait even longer. He'll be in the room with you for 5-10 min. You will then be talking to someone who will be quoting you on a list unnecessary and expensive test for you to do. He will max out your insurance and will recommend for you to do and ultrasound of the heart in his office when he is not even a cardilogist. No one there is certified in physical therapy yet it is done in his office as well.I do not recommend this to no one. They have a wonderfull and pleasant staff and other very competent and qualified physycians working, but his management and way of practice will cost you a lot more if you go there. if you feel you been a victim of his fraud have your claim number ready and call the dept of insurance in the state of tx at 1800 252 3439. your immigration status will not be questioned. It is my duty to inform you.
No le recomiendo que vaya a esta clinica. El Dr B. Gandhi es el dueno y le importa mas hacer dinero y no de su salud.
El tiempo de espera es demasiado largo en el salon de espera y tambien en el cuarto de examinacion. Se tarda mas en esperar que en el tiempo que el lo va atender. Luego vendra alguie a darle presupuestos de una lista de examenes que va a querer que se haga. No le sorprenda si le sugiere hacer ultasonido del corazon en su oficina OJO!!!! el no es cardiologo. Nadie en esa clinica es certificado en hacer fisico terapia y lla esta lastimado/a corre riesgo de empeorar su situacion. No le recomiendo a nadie esta clinica. Los empleados son agradables y muy attentos. Pero le costara mucho mas caro tenderse aqui que en otro lugar. Si piensa usted que fue victima de fraude tenga su numero de clamo y llame al 1800 252 3439. Su estado immigratorio no sera cuestionado. -
