Ronny Ghiselli was kind of enough to come in early when he wasn't scheduled too. He was very helpful on showing me the Focus ST and during the test drive. He was very patient and had a few stories to tell during the test drive. When it came to the pricing, there was some confusion on what your webpage ad showed and what I was being quoted. Ronny made sure to get to my price I was expecting as close as possible. I will definitely send my friends and family to Ronny when they are in the car buying mood.

They don't even deserve one star, but the site makes you rate at least one. If you're looking for an honest dealership - DO NOT go to Mac Haik!! We were buying a car for our son, and once he test drove it and fell in love with it, they raised our agreed upon price, which was the Internet advertised price, $1000 and the spray in bed liner that was originally included was no longer included. When I complained to the GM, he didn't see anything wrong with that. Save yourself some trouble and some money and go anywhere else. I've got that Mac Haik feeling alright, and there is nothing good about it!!! And don't trust my word, look at other reviews, there are many poor reviews! I wish I had looked before I wasted my time and gas driving down there!!

I see a lot of people buy new cars from Mc Haik. I live far away from Mc haik and see some cars from Mc Haik in Cypress. Why? Because they are a good dealer. Edwin helped me buy a car. He is honest. Thank you.

Worst dealer ever!! After trying to purchase a truck, they told me the banks were closed & couldn't do it that night! Then we were suppose to get a respond the next day & didn't get a call back until 2 days later. After not wanting to negotiate on anything, we decided that the truck was ok price. After doing the paperwork & being called grumpy & asking if I was in a better mood by the finance man, he kept insulting the whole time! Then they tell us the truck will be ready Saturday & Friday comes & they tell us it won't be until Monday knowing they had 4 days! They are rude & unorganized! They refused to fill up the truck stating they don't fill up if it has a quarter . I hope I never have to deal with any of them ever again!!' Please do all that you can to avoid & take our word on it. It obviously has a lot a bad reviews than good & we should have listened to our instinct telling us not to do business with them! Don't let them take advantage of you!

WOW, WORST DEALER EVER!!!!!!!!



Was there for 10 mins and was about to take a mustang for a test drive and asked the salesman if he could get me a estimate for the trade in value of my car while i try the new car. He turned around and said "No, theres a process here. Dont waste my time". I was shocked that he would talk to me like that but my dad calmed me down and we thought things would get better.



When we came back from the test drive we were talking prices. Firstly the trade in value was 4000$ under what i got quoted at other dealers. The price on the new mustang was also unreasonably high. they would not budge and wanted to charge sticker while other dealers were offering me at least 1500 discount.



We asked for a better deal, we were ready to purchase the vehicle right there, but the salesman kept saying " if i could get 500$ off here, will you purchase today".... he wasnt trying and started getting very rude. We asked one last time for them to atleaset match the rebates i found on the ford website and the salesman got up rudely and said "sorry i cant deal with you". I just got up and left in disgust. i had my checkbook ready to sign but for some reason they didnt understand that. They were incredibly pushy and didnt want to work for their sale.



I couldnt believe what was happening. For a salesman and dealership to operate with such disrespect and shear hostility is disgusting. I immediately went to Joe Myers ford and traded in for a 2013 v6 mustang. The salesman their understood my process to find the right car and weren't pushy at all. They also gave me great trade in value and all the rebates i was entitled to.



MAC HAIK SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU THE CUSTOMER, THEY ARE ALL ABOUT SELLING VOLUME. THEY THINK THEY ARE SPECIAL AND CAN PUSH PEOPLE AROUND BECAUSE THEY THINK THEY ARE THE ONLY DEALER IN TOWN. BUT THE TRUTH IS THEY SUCK. OTHER DEALERS UNDERSTAND THEIR CUSTOMERS SO I SUGGEST YOU SHOP AROUND BECAUSE YOU DEFINITIVELY WILL GET A BETTER DEAL SOMEWHERE ELSE.



I SAVED OVER 7500$ GETTING MY MUSTANG FROM A DIFFERENT DEALER.

Ask for Dave Boyle, he is friendly and honest and will get you the best price. I would not want to deal with anyone else on my next truck.

I went here cause I saw something I liked online. When I showed up the salesman (who said he would be available) was "somewhere else" When his boss asked one of his co-workers where he was the guy started cracking jokes and acting silly. Finally the guy shows up and I knew I was in for a treat. He showed me the car and then the real fun began. He offered a ridiculous offer for my trade and acted like I was wasting his time when I didn't bite on the first thing he offered. So my advice to you.....From what I saw these guys were no different than every other used car lot--If you are not a sucker and actually want to get a reasonable deal on a used auto DO NOT deal with these guys. Or at least don't deal with Dustin R. Dustin (not a very good salesman obviously) treated me like crap when I let him know that I was not falling for the same old gimmick and acted like he was doing me a favor by selling me a car. Whatever happened to treating the customer like you appreciate their business. We are doing them a favor by buying their product, not the other way around.

Bad Service Dept



Said my brakes were at 2MM. Quoted a 4 wheel brake job with rotors and drums. Took it elsewheres and come to find out, I had 6MM on my brakes and only the rotors needed to be turned and cost me $150.00 instead of the $850.00 I was quoted!!!!

Steve Calderone at Mac Haik Ford gave me a great price on a new 2011 Ford F150.
