The Lodge at Spring Shadows

I have lived at the Lodge for 4+ years now and it was way better when MetroNational was managing the property. They took great care of the property such as regular maintenance and listening to their residents.



Thin walls - I can literally hear people's conversations and the worst part, during their intimate moments....



The property is currently being owned by Lincoln Property Company and to be honest, these people don't really care about the property nor it's long time residents. They only take care of the front buildings to attract new renters but neglect the buildings in the back. There's green & nasty mold growing all over the place especially around the pool area (totally unacceptable) for us who pay higher rent to live in such surroundings.



They built a doggy park ( which is a great idea) but what about a kids play ground??? The manager ( the full size lady) is rude and cares less if you have any complaints. The manager needs to take a tour daily and look at the property in order to get a wake up call. The previous property manager ( from MetroNational ) did this every day and that's what kept this property well maintained.



They pretty much care about new renters and once you sign your lease, you're up for a treat. I have seen people moving out in as little as 6 months and that tells a lot about the new management.



Can't wait to move out once my lease is up. Good luck to new residents!!!!
