La Crawfish

Was NOT impressed with this place at all. Ordered some boiled shrimp, chicken nuggets for my son, and sweet potato fries. Just this came to over $30!!! The price would be tolerable if the service was excellent, but it was pretty much non-existent. You have to order at a counter, lay out your own tablecloth, and once you have your food, there is absolutely no service whatsoever. I waited for a long time for someone to come by so I could ask for a to-go box, but no one came (I could not leave the table to walk all the way back to the counter, because my child was in his high chair, eating). When they originally brought out my fries, they brought regular fries instead of sweet potato fries, so they had to go cook the right ones and bring them back later. They also had no ketchup anywhere to be found, so I had to ask for it, and they brought it out with my sweet potato fries. Oh, and my son's chicken nuggets were disgusting; they were TINY pieces of chicken, breaded and fried. It is normal for chicken nuggets to be breaded and fried, but since the chicken pieces were SO small, it tasted like eating all fried bits, and no chicken. All of this would have been tolerable if I wouldn't have paid over $30 for it...no thanks!!!
